Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes minutes before your appointment time. 

In the event of a delay, the duration of your treatment will be reduced by the equivalent time, without any change in price.

In the event of cancellation, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the treatment being billed in full.

If you have any specific health problems, please let me know so that I can adapt the treatment accordingly.
